Got the biscotti cookie, chocolate chip and butter beer. All were very tasty. Service was just ok, think the one guy working got overwhelmed once he saw more customers coming in. We told him to scan for our rewards, compelety ignored the request.

I had an incredible experience here, and it has easily become my new favorite go-to spot for an amazing treat. 🤤🙌 First of all, the location is perfect and super convenient to get to. Whether you are a local or just passing through the Kissimmee area, it is incredibly easy to find with plenty of parking, making it a quick and stress-free stop whenever a cookie craving hits! 🚗💨 Another huge plus is their fantastic hours of operation. I love that they stay open late (until 11:00 PM on weekends!), which is absolutely perfect for those late-night dessert runs when you just want something warm and sweet to wrap up your day. 🌙🕒 It’s so nice to have a premium dessert spot that accommodates late schedules. As for the cookies themselves—wow! 🤯 They are massive, beautifully baked, thick, and perfectly soft on the inside. Crave Cookies… a Crumbl who? 🦉👀 First time trying them (yes, TikTok made me do it), and they definitely did not disappoint. I loved all four cookies! As tempting as it was to eat them all at once, just one was enough to satisfy my sweet tooth. The cookies are a great size for the price I stretched mine out over four days. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back!

My Wife shared a fruity pebble cookie with me that she got from work and told me they got it from Crave. I really enjoyed the cookie and wanted to go check out the place. It was about that time so we went yesterday, easy to get to, there is free parking. We were lucky to get a parking right in front of the place. Place was clean, service was fast. They had a display on the counter of all their cookies, I didn’t realize how big the cookies were, Wow! Makes sense why the price for them is high. We both got the Flintstone Cookie and I really liked the fact that they put the frosting on the cookie on the spot. I also ordered the Dubai Strawberry Cup and O M F G it was soooooo gooooood. I loved the fresh strawberries with the addition of the pistachios with the chocolate and those flakes ahh soo good, it combined very well. The mini cookie was a nice touch on top. Would we go back ? Yess we would.

This was our first time at Crave and we had some amazing cookies. All options were available. Me and my daughter were super excited to try the cookies and the staff was very welcoming. thank you for an amazing experience!
